In BPC 10 starting from SP07 for TIME dimension the additional hidden hierarchies are created to improve calculation speed of YTD measure. And the results you see on report are delivered not by standard measure formula but using the hierarchies LTV_PARENTH1, QTD_PARENTH1, YTD_PARENTH1 (https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1ydSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/sno/ui_entry/entry.htm?param=69765F6D6F64653D3030312669765F7361…)
Look on this note and try to switch off the engine to the standard engine CL_UJO_QUERY_BASE.
In general looks like that the hidden hierarchies were created incorrectly in your case.
