as stated by Mr Jogesh, check Functional Location BOM, apart from that also check if you have any CONSTRUCTION TYPE added in the Functional Location under structure tab

A BOM material which was created in CS01 can be added here so that system will retrieve the structure of BOM into Functional Location

please check both options and revert with your findings
