Thanks for reply.

Now customers are coming but when i create a SO, in the backend Process --> the app is checking the price and availability of a particular products and XML error is raising.

When i go to check price and availability app and trying to check the availability for particular date it is showing "NO data found kindly contact XXX number." this is the error message i am getting.

After that i troubleshoot the app, in that it is showing, Badi for product image retriever is not implemented.

When i check that BAdI in SE18, it is showing implemented only.
please help me here.
