I have read your posts, and my query is somehow related. I would like to ask you if you would know if SAP-standard can fulfill the need of my client:
they would like to create at once one single budget document (with budget entry and supplements) for several years involved.
The reason is that for some cases, my client knows in advance that they would need budget for 3-years (for example for a car renting), so they would like to be able to create "today" that budget for present year and next two years. This way, they will not need to make an entry in FMBB every year for something that they already know in advance that will be needed. Beside the time-saving, users would also be able to see in one single document all the budget related to one purpose.
Is there any solution provided by SAP-standard to allow this kind of scenarios?
Even if it were with the creation of several documents, it would also be useful if there were a way to grouping them so that user could find all the budget documents related to one purpose.
Note: the model that they have is annual budget and it should continue being annual (no multi-year activation is desired).
