Few things to try:
- Increase the Max Binary and Character sizes in the CMC/Server/Webi Processing Server area
- Try scheduling this report to PDF/Excel and see if that completes
- Make a copy and remove some of the tabs (1 at a time) and export. See if it is a particular tab or the # of tabs that are causing this
- Enable tracing or do an End to End trace to get the traces for this issue
- Try as the built in Administrator account
- Try this in Webi Rich Client to see if the issue persists.
