Hi Masa,
the workflow is registration of supplier. A possible supplier can register him self as supplier in SLC. He has to fill in which material type he is provides. For different material types there are different responsible persons in the System. And this responsible has to approve the registration of the possible supplier.
If it is approved the possible supplier get a supplier. If rejected not.
