So what is your option ? Are you maintaining the price anywhere in SAP ?
Are you using info record ?
Is the option flexible to pick the price from info record and make the field Netprice as suppressed in PO from field selection? So that user can't change the price during PO creation and the price will be pulled from info record (or from condition record).
