When I diagnosed the character set (encoding set) of the raw file it is observed those special characters still exists. I converted to UTF-8 and I could see those spl symbols/chars.
Hence I am going to request the ETL team to provide me the Raw file in appropriate format.
since it is the issue with the input file..I am closing this thread here.
