Could you please post a screen shot of this link in the masthead?
In order to change the language on my portal, I have to click on Personalize -> Portal. I then get a pop up and have to click on User Profile and then click on Modify. This is overly complicated and not user friendly.
I would like to have the language link directly in the masthead. Once clicked, a popup would then show the users the languages they can select and a button to save their selection. I've attached images of what I am trying to achieve.
