Error in RefreshSheet : During EPMSaveComments

Hi Experts:

System SP's

EPM Add-in SP14 Patch 03

CPMBPC : SP 12

HANABPC : SP 06

Issue : When we try to introduce EPMSaveComments function in a template and try to save comments using "SaveData" using EPM Ribbon we get this Error : EPM General : "Error in RefreshSheet"

Noticed this error across all the models\Environment even if we do simple EMPSaveComments in Blanksheet.

Please let know if you have come across the same issue and found a solution.
