Catalog Items not transferred to SC first time

Hello All,

We are facing an issue in transferring the catalog items to SC for the first time when users login to new session in SAP Portal. This is an internal catalog scenario.

Steps followed -

1) Login to Portal and launch the Shopping screen. Select the internal catalog link from the launchpad.

2) Application navigates to the MDM screen. Pick up a catalog, add to cart and check out.

3) Application navigates back to the SC screen launchpad page instead of the SC items page.

4) click the internal catalog link from the launchpad again and execute the above steps not it adds to the SC items page properly.

Issue is just the first time the users login. Following are the configuration we have for the internal catalog. Any help is appreciated?
