I have a query wrt integration of PI with CRM. I am listing down the points on a higher level as per my understanding :
Case 1 : When CRM is sender system :
At CRM level :
> There are Bdocs existing in CRM
> These Bdocs are converted to Idocs in CRM middleware
> These Idocs are sent to PI using XIF adapter
At PI level :
> The scenario remains as how we configure for sender idocs.
Hence, going forward I would require to identify the Idocs which the CRM can send and go ahead with Idoc configuration in PI.
Case 2 : When CRM is receiver system :
On basis of Case 1, configuration will be done as per Receiver Idoc scenario and CRM will be receiving Idocs and converting to required Bdocs for further processing.
