Thanks for the reply. I'm confused, though--are you referring to Crystal Reports SP 12?
This is a Windows WPF app that uses Installshield to install the CR redistributable to the target computers, so they are presumably all the same.
There are about 30 copies in use, and 4 are reporting the problems I described.
After updating printer drivers failed, I'm at a loss of what to look into next.
