why you want to make it as quick link enable for that text ?.....if u enable quick link it will take u to another page or enter into some specific application as ur seeing only text .......
For enabling standard quick link go to launchpad and right click on any application and set it as "Quick link"
for customising the pictograms this u have to do this from SE80 ....MIMIE repository ........if u want i can tel u the process how to change the icons styling from standard to customise icons
