You need to create a new plan, in case if you want to get the creation date different. This is Preferred.
Creation date is based on Maintenance Plan parameters not the maintenance Item parameters.
There is an option to call the order two weeks earlier "Interval for Call objects" in IP30. Below is table from F1 of the Interval field.
Interval for call objects: 14 days
Report run on: 01.01.XX
The system generates call objects for the calls waiting up to the 15.01.XX.
If you are working with a call horizon of 100% and regularly monitoring the scheduling, you can use the parameter to control, for example, how many days in advance your call objects should be generated. That means, if there is an interval of 14 days, then the system generates the call objects 14 days before the actual planned date.
Need to check whether this logic satisfy your requirement.
