Transaction Code IK17 gives you this information. If your Measuring point is a Counter , the latest Measuring document Total Counter Reading column gives directly the reading you need. If it is not a Counter, you may need to develop a query to have sum function in the output where sub total icon would help to know the Measuring point wise Totals. (If your version of ECC has the sum function in IK17 output then you can get sub-totals here itself)
2 & 3.
Transaction Code IW38 will give you this information. Get the Output (list of Orders) by inputting the Main Work Center and other parameters you wish to. Select all the Order line items, Go to Environment in the menu bar and click on Goods Movement. In the resulting screen you would get all materials Qty and Amount consumed by this Work Center. You can filter by Lubricant Material code.
OR
First have the list of Work Orders of these Work Centers and input these Orders into Transaction code IW3M. here too you will get the same output.
Also Transaction Code IW13 would be useful to retrieve material consumption Work Center wise, by inputting Main work center and Materials in the selection screen.
