EORD( Source List): it is a source of suppliers, who will procure the material for a particular plant!
A source of supply can be an external source (vendor) or an internal one (for example, an enterprise's own plant).
The system can determine the preferred source at any time on the basis of quota arrangements, source list records, outline agreements (long-term purchase arrangements), or info records defined for the material.
in EORD - you have MATNR,WERKS and LIFNR is the important fields
The vendor should exits in
LFA1- LIFNR ( external soruce)
Material is required for a plant
MARC- MATNR,WERKS
If you want to find the source of supply, you required the correct combination for LFA1,MARC to get the records of EORD
Note ( for one material we have different sources of suppliers)
