Direct access setting in RSA3 ECC

Hi Experts,

I have installed data sources from RSA5. Now I would like to change the direct access flag from D to 1. But system not allows me to change the setting since the field is not enabled.

Please guide me how can I change the setting of direct access from D to 1.
