BI 4.1 SP2 Patch1 finally applied. Did not fix 
I am suspecting some global policy for IE set in our corporate active directory that is blocking active scripting. I may have to bring donuts for windows admins I guess... argh.
SAP transferred the 'incident' to BW-BEX.... crud
Anybody out there running BI4.1 Sp2 dashboards in netweaver portal 7.3?
