Where can I get the ME 6.0.3 -> 6.0.4 upgrade guide?

Hi all,

Now I want to do an upgradtion for ME. We have done an upgradtion from  6.0.3.4 to 6.0.3.18 erver before , but have no experiance from 6.0.3.4 to 6.0.4.X. So anyone konw that if the upgradtion  from 6.0.3.4 to 6.0.4.x is the same with  from 6.0.3.4 to 6.0.3.18? If not , where can i get the upgrade guide?

And I have check the http link https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/instguides  sap business suite applications ->SAP manufacturing->SAP manufacturig execution -> SAP manufacturing execution 6.0

Find two documents there , but without an upgrade guide .
