I am working on conceptual change of SAP R4 for customer in Utility industry. Customer has requested new payment methods - provide payments via PayPal and credit cards (I mean using credit card for web payments, not cash desk payments). Customer wants to receive payments for electricity and gas via these methods.
They use "FICA - Contract accounts payable and receivable" for current payment methods (for example direct debit), so I think PayPal and credit cards should stay under FICA.
PayPal and credit cards are payment methods, that were implemented within many projects, but I can not found any SAP manual or description, how to set up these methods.
I found several topics regarding this, for example http://scn.sap.com/thread/3242801, but I am looking for complex and relevant information.
Do you have experience? Can you describe me best practice or send a documentation/link, if this documentation/link exists?
