1.You can use ME82 to query the Purchase Orders.

2.sara-->Archiving Object : MM_EKKO-->Information System-->Archive Explorer-->Archive Infostructure:SAP_DRB_MM_EKKO -->and click execute-->input your query condition-->click execute.
