Change Notes [January 20, 2014] - Nakisa OrgChart 4.0 SP1 Build 0910037100- I-05233, I-05264: When dynamic rooting was used, going up one level from the org chart root did not work despite the AllowUpLevelForRootTypeUser setting being set to true. This issue has since been corrected.
Hello, the above note refers. We have recently upgraded from Nakisa version 3.0 SP3. In order to get the dynamic org chart root to work we had to create a text file and upload the "true" value etc. Subsequently, I understand this has been addressed in later release.
We have now upgraded from version 3.0 SP 3 to 4.1 and it seems the problem is back but this time, the AllowUpLevelForRootTypeUser doesn't seem to do the trick anymore?
Has anyone encountered this?
