Hi Manoj,
It is possible to upload this data in BW from flat file with the same structure as you have given but it will need a complex ABAP logic and many assumptions related to file structure. So if possible please change the file structure in Excel as Phani as recommended.
Please let us know if you have change freeze for the file structure then we can think of a solution with the assumption
