The sequence of events is a bit vague in your scenario.
You will need to create an integration Model (CFM1) that includes Storage location stock for this particular material/location/storage location.
If you recently created a material master for this material/plant/storage location, It will not automatically be sent to SCM. You will have to re-run CFM1 to create a new IM that includes this material/location/storage location. Then, you will have to re-activate this IM (that contains the newly created material/Location/StoLocn stock entry). This transaction would be CFM2 or CFM3.
Some companies re-create and re-activate new models every night in a batch job, to accommodate materials that were newly created during the day.
