As Maheswaran pointed out, use the report or t-code OLI5 to regenerate the PMCO table data according to the new Value Categories assignments. You may also want to rebuild your PMIS data. Use t-codes OLIX and OLPM. Find more information in the SAP Note 112841 - Steps to Regenerate PMCO & PMIS files
